A unique co-ferment of apples and hand-picked autumn berries. Wild Polish apples provide a solid foundation while the aronia, sloe and elderberries dance around the edges of the melody. This is a bottle with subtle complexity that rewards careful listening. 

Each of the aromatic co-ferments from Kwasne Jabłko are bottles of delicious, harmonious exploration. They pull notes from the wild fruits that run rampant alongside the old apple varieties on and around the family farm.
